Bare Bond Refund & Warranty Policy

At Bare Bond, every piece we create is crafted with care and holds a special meaning. We deeply value the trust you place in us and strive to ensure you are happy with your jewelry. While our policies reflect the unique and permanent nature of our pieces, we're always here to help in any way we can.

Warranty Coverage

• 30-Day Warranty: If there's an issue with your piece due to craftsmanship, we offer complimentary re-welding or repairs within 30 days of purchase.
• After 30 Days: Repairs and re-welding are still available for a small fee.
• In-Store Service Only: All repairs, inspections, and cleaning must be conducted in-store at Bare Bond in Bali. As our services are in-store only, we encourage you to visit us before leaving Bali so we can ensure your jewelry is in perfect condition.

Silver Jewelry Tarnishing Policy

Silver naturally tarnishes over time due to environmental factors and body chemistry, which vary from person to person. Tarnishing is a natural process and not a sign of poor quality.

Our Commitment:

• Complimentary in-store cleanings are always available to help your silver piece look its best.
• If tarnishing continues to be an issue, we can assist you in upgrading to gold by paying the price difference.

What Our Policy Does Not Cover

While we aim to provide the best care for your jewelry, the following situations are not covered under our policy:

• Everyday wear and tear (e.g., scratches, bends, or tarnishing).
• Accidental damage or misuse.
• Lost items.
• Assistance for customers who cannot return to Bali.

Care Recommendations

Bare Bond jewelry is designed to last, but proper care will help ensure it stays as beautiful as the day you received it:

• Avoid Harsh Environments: Protect your jewelry from salt baths, hot springs, and areas with high sulfur content, as these can erode metals. Permanent pieces can be safely covered with waterproof bandages when needed.
• Regular Cleaning: Use silver cleaning products or visit us for complimentary in-store cleaning services.
